Maikoiyo Alley-Barnes presents his highly-anticipated "To Serve and Protect" show at Pun(c)tuation in Seattle this Friday.  About 5 Years ago, Maikoiyo was 'Rodney Kinged' by Seattle PD in front of The War Room for no apparent reason other than mouthing off!  Long story short...after a year-long battle with the court system, Maikoiyo is back at it like he never left.  With projects like Pun(c)tuation (which he co-owns, and serves as Creative Director) coming to fruition, Maikoiyo is finally able to "exercise the demons that infected his spirit" by presenting a collaborative multi-media exhibit.  The show not only feature's Alley-Barnes' latest work, but also highlights the healing powers of Christophe Roberts, Hebru Brantley, Fahamu Pecou, and Mike Wagner.  To keep the night LIGHT, DV-One (The Cutlery, Rock Steady Crew, Massive Monkeys), fellow SPD brutality survivor will no doubt will be on his job.
