Garbstore-Fall/Winter 2010

Retailer, Garbstore, has one of the flyest in-house designed brands out! Period. It's the middle of summer and depending on where you are located...DUMB HOT (yes..Atlanta, Houston, Miami...I'm definitely talking to you!)! The last thing I'm thinking about is outerwear, but because fashion never stops... and because we are only a couple months away from the trade shows (breadnbutter/magic/project/pool/agenda/traffic/capsule/compass...Deirdra I see you!), we might as well start to light up the brands who are actually ILL. If you frequent London like us, then you already know how they do it! Garbstore has successfully re-interpreted "Classic American Workwear" to meet European FIT standards. Real American workwear usually fits nasty because its made for...well...WORK! Comfort and durability are the main priorities, and the last thing "workers" care about is fit fashion. I get it! Luckily Garbstore saves the day with that red down vest with toggle ties, and that green utilitarian button-up vest. Perfect for falls in Manchester (no, NOT Vermont...although I'm sure they would work well there too). If you happen to hop the pond, check them out. If you're local, you can get the leftovers (jokes, I'm sure they have some exclusives ... hahahaha right) HERE online! So in honor of the U.S. barely escaping with a 1-1 tie versus England in the World Cup, shouts to everybody in London who looks out for us...Tone Tagoe, Sef Karma, Mr. Hudson and The Outfit crew (No more Deal Real? Really?), Tim Kash and Jasimine Dotiwalla at MTV, Neesha Sharma, Raoul Shah and the Exposure crew, Mr. Jerk, Mel Maw, My Trainers, Sarah (timing is everything), S.A.S., Mega, Mayhem, and the whole Eurogang, Birmingham, Manchester, South London, Streatham, Camberwell, and my Brixton Family! Oh...and shouts to Club Pangea, and the Landmark Hotel for your discretion...Tone...I need a new Flat !!!
